Community Management
Riverside boasts of long-term local ownership and an outstanding on-site management team. George Lee and Debbie Ford, have provided a stable on-site management base at Riverside for more than 15 years.
George Lee, Community Owner and Operator, has served on the Board of Directors for the Kansas Manufactured Housing Association for over 10 years now. George also has served as the President of Sedgwick County Manufactured Housing Association. George holds a certificate as a Professional Housing Consultant.
Debbie Ford, Community Manager, is an Accredited Community Manager and Professional Housing Consultant, resulting from special training provided by the Manufactured Housing Institute.
